Jonatán has established a strong name in the culinary industry as a chef and entrepreneur, and winner of a Michelin star with his restaurant Le Chique in Riviera Maya. Jonatán also recently open a new proposal with Octavia Restaurant in México City, as well co-owner of Tan Restaurant in New York, and Mexta in Austin, Texas.
